📜 Cluckbet OG Maintenance Program — Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Cluckbet OG Maintenance Program and eligibility for the $CLUCK airdrop and related rewards. By participating in the Program, you agree to the ff:

1. Eligibility for OG Status

1.1. OG status is assigned to users who participated in the early phase of the Cluckbet platform and who have been identified in Cluckbet's internal records.

1.2. OG status is granted at the sole discretion of Cluckbet and cannot be purchased, transferred, or claimed externally.

1.3. Cluckbet may adjust the OG criteria if any fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.

2. OG Maintenance Window

2.1. To maintain active OG status, users must complete the following within the 90-day OG Grace Period:

• Log in to their Cluckbet account

• Place at least one wager of any amount

2.2. There is no minimum wager amount required.

2.3. Users with a zero balance must deposit any amount to place the required wager.

2.4. Completing these steps immediately reactivates OG status for the current airdrop cycle and all associated OG benefits.

3. Airdrop Eligibility and Allocation

3.1. Only users with an active OG status are eligible for priority $CLUCK airdrop allocation.

3.2. Airdrop weighting may consider the following factors:

• OG status

• Historical platform activity

• Recent activity within the Grace Period

• Anti bot and anti abuse indicators

3.3. Airdrop amounts are not guaranteed and may change depending on the total number of eligible participants.

3.4. Cluckbet may exclude accounts that show evidence of botting, multi-accounting, or system abuse.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Creation or use of multiple accounts

• Automated betting, script usage, or wallet farming

• Harassment of Cluckbet staff or community members

• Any attempt to manipulate airdrop eligibility or Program mechanics

Violations may result in loss of OG status, loss of airdrop rights, or account penalties.

5. Wallet and Claim Requirements

5.1. Users must submit a valid Solana wallet such as Phantom, Backpack, Solflare, or any other supported wallet specified during the claim window.

5.2. Incorrect or unsupported wallet submissions may delay or invalidate the airdrop claim.

5.3. Cluckbet is not responsible for lost, compromised, or incorrectly entered wallets.

6. Modification or Cancellation

6.1. Cluckbet may modify, pause, or terminate the Program at any time for internal, security, or regulatory reasons.

6.2. Any updates will be communicated through official Cluckbet channels.

7. Disclaimer

7.1. Participation in the Program does not represent an investment and should not be treated as such.

7.2. $CLUCK tokens have no guaranteed value and may fluctuate due to market conditions.

7.3. These Terms and Conditions do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.

8. Acceptance

By participating in the OG Maintenance Program or claiming any $CLUCK allocation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
